I am more and more convinced that life with God can be more of an adventure than a worrisome trudge each day.  The more we caste our every concern in God’s hands the more we can feel the warmth of the sun and appreciate the beauty and the aroma of the flowers of life He bestows upon us each day.  God is good and His desire is for us is good.

Walk into Tomorrow

Let us take a walk into tomorrow through the door of today.
Have confidence and faith I AM is with you every step of the way.
The shining hope you dream of; the goal you reach for,
Place it in safe keeping in the hands of the Lord.
Today’s sunshine causes the seed to grow and yesterday’s rains are past.
Resist the urge to peer too far ahead and the temptation to longingly look back.
When love is your companion, and the Word your guide;
The ability to walk in faith comes alive.
You will have strength to do all that deeds to be done.
For by faith you rely on the help of the Holy One.
You will have the ability to accomplish God’s will,
For you are by faith Spirit filled.
Then our walk into tomorrow through the door of today,
Becomes an adventure and a joyful journey; for God planned it that way.

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
