          The world as we know it has been turned upside down.  What God said is dark is called light. What
God detests the world has declared good, Things once held dear are now cast aside as no longer valuable. Many churches are lukewarm, and fit in with the world system. The teachings and the presence of the power and authority of the Lord have been stripped from the lives of those who attend. Children of God need to stand and boldly profess the Word of God as they live a life that agrees with the Word of God. 

       The Church is at a cross-road; are we as Christians going to lay down our armor and give in to the pressures and the threats of evil control? Or are we going to get busy and pick up our armor? We need to be ready to follow our Lord to fight the forces that are taking our Country and our world into a place of no return. 

      I for one will say with God on my side what have I to lose?  I say I am not weak in God I am strong.  I stand and say I believe and will testify what the Word of God says is right is right.  What the Word of God says is wrong is wrong.  In my stand for right, I also admit God has given every man, woman, and child the free choice to do right or to choose the way of evil.  What is your choice?  If it is for God then stand for Him and boldly say so.  

Love’s Light

In the Light of Love darkness flees.
In His presence the heart receives.
Like a tree planted at the rivers side;
Full and filled vitally alive.
When rain clouds come and they still do,
God becomes a shelter too.
When you feel cold or in a storm,
God’s in control and your heart warms.
There is no place you go,
That your God does not know.
In the low times when you feel dry,
Your God becomes your supply.
As you lift up every problem, trial, and pain,
It is all covered in Jesus’ name.
Sadness, anxiety, worry or fear,
In Love’s Light has to disappear.
Love’s Light is health to heart, mind and soul.
It heals and in you overflows.
The wise abides in the Light of the Son,
As they are revived they also a light becomes.

John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

            Jesus is The Light. The Word and The Truth that brings peace, hope, and even joy in our world of conflict and uncertainties. We can and must to be an overcomer, bask in the Light of His Glory.

The Light of His Glory

In the light of His glory I am able to see,
The beauty of Salvation promised to me.
I see the sunshine above the clouds of today.
I see the love of tomorrow on display.
In the light of His glory I am able to feel,
The truth of a forever-love that is real.
It healing power reaches deep within,
With renewed faith and great desire again.
In the light of His glory darkness flees.
The world and its attraction lost its power over me.
The fears and troubles and its threats of death fade.
In the glory of His presence I am at rest and safe.
Love surrounds and fills and overflows my life.
I am One with Jesus He is love’s light.
As I contemplate His greatness and am built up within.
With His strength, His Word, and with Him.
As the day passes and a new day starts,
I carry the light of His glory inside my heart.
Ready again to reach out a helping hand to another.
So they too the Light of Jesus will discover.

2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

            I used to be so afraid of the dark, but now I know Jesus the Light of the world.  Evil influences and its terrible threats once caused me much heartache.  But now I know Jesus the One that died in my place to pay for all my sins will fight my battles for me.  Jesus is the Light that overtook the darkness around me and within me.

Light Overtakes the Darkness

It takes night to display
The light that takes darkness away.
It takes right to reveal the wrong;
The lie is overpowered by the truth strong.
Jesus is the Truth that proved light,
Overpowers evil-darkness and its blight.
The steady step that walks the walk,
And the faithful lips that talk the talk,
Will defeat every enemy for you see,
God is the Way and the Word for thee.
God’s Word is truth and our bread,
The Word lights the path ahead.
The heart that is opened wide,
To hear, taste, and see, is filled with the best inside
Jesus is the Word that spoke life at the start.
And cried it is finished so new life could enter the heart.
Jesus is the Lord and the Light displayed in the dark place.
He is love and it is His joy to deliver salvation through grace.
His mercy endures forever- darkness will forever flee.
He is God of all and all will one day bow their knee.

Psalms 112:4
Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness:
he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Psalms 112:6
Surely he shall not be moved for ever:
the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
