The perfect day looks perhaps different to different people but one day I am sure all will agree it will be perfect when we are in perfection’s forever embrace.  Until then we are still able to by faith count on Jesus to be with us through everything we face.  In times of worship, praise, and prayer we may even feel His love, comfort; and wrapped safely in His embrace.

In His Embrace

Forever life in the sunshine, not one cloud in sight;
Everything grows wholesome and healthy… such a delight.
All are carefree and happy with smiles wide,
Forgiven, clean, with joy-pure deep inside.
What a lovely picture painted in words of rhyme;
Rarely is such pleasance witnessed in the world’s trying times.
For fear and stress is rampant. Even in the Church now and then,
You find certain gloom and doom moving in.
The child of God must learn to realize,
The world-view must be viewed through faith-filled eyes.
Faith, that the storms and clouds that loom ahead,
Need not cause to great fear or dread.
The well-prepared are sheltered from hard rain;
With God’s comfort, and healing for unwanted pain.
Jesus shines over you, in you and through you for you see,
The joy of the Lord has set you free.
Eternal-life in the presence of the Son shines ahead.
Rejoice and give praise for even now in His embrace you live!

Proverbs  2:6-8
For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly
He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
