God’s Plan By Brenda Drake

God’s Plan

            God’s desire is for us to allow His work to be accomplished in our life.  It is a wonderful day when we desire His work to be accomplished in our life.  His plan is better than our grandest idea for He plans to prosper us in every way.

A masterpiece was designed at the start;
A project most dear in the Father’s heart.
Love took form as He breathed into man;
Formed to be intimately as one was God’s plan.
He made man an eternal soul;
Able to communicate; a good mind was bestowed.
He did not leave man fend for himself against the enemy,
He sent His Son Jesus to die to set them from sin free.
God did not make a puppet to do as asked,
Nor did He desire a servant to do all as a task.
He longs man to choose to draw close because they care,
Who trusts Him and all their struggles with Him shares.
They are a holy work; a sweet virgin prepared for God’s Son,
A bride without reservation giving all in thanks for all He has done.
God searches for yielded vessels, He will not force against the will.
From the beginning God’s plan was only to willing-vessels fill.

Jeremiah 29:11-13
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

John 3:16-18
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
